The AFGl series is a gear liquid flowmeter based on the standard volu-metric principle. The flowmeter chamber has a pair of meshing gears asrotors, and the two gears and the chamber can form a fixed volume, whichis called the standard volume. Flow is measured by calculating thenumber of standard volumes that flow through a certain period of time.Gear flowmeter is a high-precision flow meter for measuring volumetricflow rate. lts working principle is the principle of positive displacement.The flow of the medium causes the gear to rotate, and the rotation of thegear drives the rotation of the magnetic pole, which is then scanned by anon-contact Hall sensor. Continuous rotation scanning generates contin-uous pulses, and finally produces a frequency signal proportional to theflow rate, thereby obtaining the flow rate value.
