DHT20 digital temperature and humidity sensor IIC signal output replaces DHT11 humidity sensing module
DHT20 is a new upgrade of DHT11, equipped with a dedicated ASIC sensor chip, a high-performance semiconductor silicon-based capacitive humidity sensor, and a standard integrated temperature sensor.
