AGR10 pressure sensor series is suitable for biomedical, vacuum pressure and household appliance applications. At its core is a piezoresistive pressure sensitive chip made using MEMS technology. It consists of an elastic membrane and four piezoresistive elements integrated in the membrane.

Medical Ventilator
